The weather is getting chilly, you suddenly find yourself craving apple cider, and the leaves are turning that beautiful autumn color. That’s right, its fall, everyone’s favorite season. Fall is one of the best times of the year to cuddle up by a fire with friends, or carve a pumpkin. There’s an abundance of things you can do this fall, so here’s a bucket list that’s sure to help you make the most of every moment.

  1. Have candles with fall scents. (Pumpkin spice, cinnamon apple, toasted marshmallows, etc.)
  2. Drink hot drinks (Hot chocolate, apple cider, etc.)
  3. Bonfires with family and friends.
  4. Make a scrapbook of all the different types of leaves you find.
  5. Build a giant leaf pile (don’t wait very long to jump in it, you never know what kinds of insects decided to take up residence in your newly made leaf pile)
  6. Baking an apple pie/apple dumplings and giving them to neighbors.
  7. Making lots of fires (in the fire place, preferably), reading a book by the fire.
  8. Go on a hay ride.
  9. Go to a corn maze.
  10. Visit a pumpkin patch and pick the best one.
  11. Carve a pumpkin (or have a pumpkin carving contest).
  12. Go on a run to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
  13. Decorate with your family.
  14. Go to the renaissance festival in Texas.
  15. Have a photoshoot in a leaf pile.
  16. Make caramel apples (top them with roasted peanuts, M&M’s, Oreos, or whatever sounds good).
  17. Leaf art (put paint on leaf and get creative!)
  18. Roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.
  19. Pick out Halloween costume (or for even more fun, make your own!).
  20. Watch hocus Pocus or any other Halloween themed movie.

Fall can be the most wonderful time of the year (sorry Christmas) if you know what to do with your time. These are just a few of the many things fall has to offer, so go ahead and make your own bucket list this fall, and have fun!
