The Deer Network is the news and information network for Deer Park High School created for students, parents, and the Deer Park community. It is made up of the Broadcast Journalism, Journalism, Photo Journalism, and Sports Broadcasting classes.

Broadcast Journalism

Students in broadcast journalism learn and excercise writing, interviewing, and video skills to produce programs for broadcast. In addition to creating a weekly news broadcast, we also produce several live events throughout the year.
